PI Architects was formed in the year 2015, with a team of dedicated architects, interior designers, landscape designers, urban designers, planners and allied professionals with exposure to international standards of design and detailing. Recent years have seen immense change in technology and lifestyle in India. Changes that have had a profound effect on the neighborhood in which we live, work and play. Today’s designs must be innovative and the buildings, practical and viable. We are sensitive to these issues and it has been the objective of the firm to maintain a high standard of design and technical competence with a great emphasis on climatically relevant and sustainable design.
PI Architects wide experience spans major institutional and corporate projects, private buildings, commercial, offices, industrial, hotels, health, recreational, residential and township projects. The firm enjoys a reputation for architecture and design solutions that are varied, comprehensive, and most importantly, client-focused. The firm believes in exploration in ideas making each design unique and one of its kind, filled with aesthetics as well as functionality.
Our Projects are both economically and environmentally sustainable. We always design a building by taking the context, climate, materials, time and cost factors in to consideration. This approach often results in highly maintenance free and sustainable buildings. We provide full range of architectural services for our projects from inception to completion. We have extensive experience of providing our services in different contractual arrangements.

Prasad Ingawale
Prasad has completed his Bachelors in Architecture from Pune University. He has also completed his Masters in Town and Country Planning from College of Engineering, Pune. He is visionary, passionate and has an eye for new implementations and thoughtful designs. Believes in perfection and discipline in design and making optimum use of space.
